Body awareness and Creative Movement Workshop
Enhance awareness of the body and improve physical and creative skills. Through gentle practices and improvisation games, each student develops more flexibility and strength as well as a creative outlet for body expression. No prior dance experience is necessary. Taught by Lucia Aratanha.
