Creative Movement Class for Adults

The focus of this class is on enhancing awareness of the body and improving physical and creative skills. Through gentle practices and improvisation games, each student develops more flexibility and strength as well as a creative outlet for body expression. No prior dance experience is necessary.

Creative Movement for Kids from 7 years old and teens

The focus of this class is to give kids a broad experience in the arts through physical activities. Kids are exposed to elements of dance and drama, the use of props and percussion instruments. Each student will learn tools to create their own composition resulting in an increased sense of pride and self-esteem.  Creative Movement is a fun way for kids to develop creativity, self-expression, problem solving and cooperation.
